We offer a guaranteed base salary of $30K plus commission on top of that. Our Top Performers make $50,000 - $70,000 per year in commission on top of their salary – that means your potential is to make a total of $80,000 - $100,000 a year with salary and commission! With a database of leads, you will place consultative cold calls, structuring your daily activities so that you speak with at least 12 business owners a day. In this role, you will increase your skills working with high level executives, developing a greater understanding of middle market businesses, and learning the corporate mergers and acquisitions process. Other expectations of the Consultant role include: Making extensive outbound calls in an 8 hour workday Prospecting for new accounts Displaying a positive, competitive, and determined attitude Acting as a team player Handling responsibilities with a great work ethic Inside Sales Representative – Business-to-Business Sales Consultant – Business Development – Financial
