Details: Business Development Manager Business Development Manager Job Summary The Business Development Manager will be responsible for nurturing and growing sales with existing lead partners as well as identifying new/potential lead partners and publishers, selling them on TRANZACT’s campaigns, and negotiating deals. Business Development Manager Core Competencies You will be responsible for overseeing affiliate/partner accounts; helping with initial enrollment and consulting throughout the relationship. You should understand performance-based marketing models and how to track and optimize campaigns. You will be successful at this job if you excel in relationship building, analyzing marketing campaigns and are self-motivated. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential and existing partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating favorable contracts, etc. Always seek to deepen our relationships and find ways to grow. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals Analyze market conditions and needs. Create sales and marketing decks as needed- mostly for client facing updates and new business pitches.
