Account Manager

Details: Description : This job consist of maintaining and growing the raw material customer base in the assigned territories through customer contact with an emphasis on prompt customer service and solicitation of potential customers including restaurants, supermarkets, schools, hospitals and other producers of spent cooking oil and animal by-products. The Account Manager position works with the General Manager at the facility, as well as the facilities staff and reports to the Regional Account Manager. Job Duties : Will include but are not limited to the following. Management reserves the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as they see fit at any time. Work with existing customers to insure customer satisfaction through personal contact. Create business relations with prospects and add them to the customer base. Work to insure current customers are on active, up to date service agreements. Understanding of raw material values; evaluates profitability of new and existing customers. Establish and maintain a positive community relationship. Work with General Manager and Regional Account Manager and National Sales team on projects as needed. Work closely with the entire management team to provide quality service to customers, efficient handling of material and communicate information in a timely professional manner. Plan, organize and manage your time to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. Serve as contact person for customers and city inspectors within assigned territories. Implement sales strategies for an efficient and productive go to market sales approach. Collaborate with managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. All other duties as assigned.
