Details: Automotive Title Clerk - GREAT BENEFITS!!!! Job Duties: Preparing and processing tag and title documents and all titling transactions for local and out-of-state titling. Preparing checks as necessary for title work and customer refunds. Processing all titling documents through either electronic vehicle registration program or through DMV offices. Posting all titling transactions and monitor corresponding schedules. Daily title issue tracking. Properly represent the dealership to its customers and vendors in a friendly manner. Completing end-of-month accounting requirements as assigned by supervisor. Keeping current with applicable laws.

The Recruiter is the sole point of contact for questions about this position. Our client in Tualatin is seeking a Consumer Affairs Coordinator to join their team for four months. This candidate will be responsible for providing high quality service to the company's customers - courteous, knowledgeable, accurate and timely response to consumer questions and needs while operating within the company's guidelines. Essential Functions Respond to all consumer inquires - phone, e-mail and letter. Analyze consumer question or concern and develop appropriate response using existing reference materials or performing additional research as necessary. Work closely with Research and Development to provide accurate answers to consumers on ingredient specific questions that relate to dietary restrictions and allergen concerns. Initiate and monitor Quality Assurance Check process as needed on questions pertaining to product quality, package integrity or safety concerns. Maintain the Consumer Database and monitor for developing trends in areas such as consumer preferences and complaints. Report any trends to the brand teams. Secondary Functions Prepare and/or maintain informational reports from the consumer database. Provide back up for Receptionist position. Perform other duties as assigned. As an employee of a food manufacturing facility you are responsible for ensuring food safety and quality by reporting any concerns to the quality assurance department. Knowledge, skills and abilities The position requires exceptional customer service skills and demonstrated experience in handling customer service issues courteously and expeditiously. The position requires the ability to work well under pressure and be flexible to varying situations. Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office products is required. Experience using customer service software such as ZenDesk is a plus. The position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong orientation to details and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks. The position requires the ability to organize and efficiently use time. Mental activities require the continuous use of effective interpersonal and customer service skills, the need to read, write, speak and understand the English language and the use of discretion. The position requires the frequent use of decision making and independent judgment skills, problem analysis, teamwork, creativity and negotiation skills. Physical activities require continuous talking and hearing. The position requires frequent sitting, fingering, reaching and using repetitive motions of the hands/wrists. Minimum qualifications The position requires a high school education or equivalent along with one to two years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a consumer products environment. Working Conditions Work is performed during the day in an office environment and involves the extensive use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment.
